Actually, not quite. There is a jdk7u/jdk7u2-dev integration repository now, since it ended up
being a useful thing to have after all - eliminating some uncertainty (and risk) around who
gets to push what where and how (in particular via JPRT). So for 7u2 phase, OpenJDK fixes need
to go into the jdk7u/jdk7u2-dev integration forest first, like they do on the mainline.
We should evaluate the utility of having an integration forest in phase 2 once 7u2 is done -
then we'll have some data on which to base the decision to eliminate it (or not) for 7u4.
