Request for approval for CR 7012206 ~20 tools tests failing due to -XX:-UsePerfData default in Java SE Embedded

Hi Dalibor,

Please clarify this approval. At the time of the request it was for 7u2, 
but Edvard has indicated I need to go through the critical approval 
process for that. So should I assume that this approval is for 7u in 
general (and in practice the means 7u4) ?
