[7u4] RFR: 7130404 [macosx] "os.arch" value should be "x86_64" for compatibility with Apple JDK6

Hi,

This Mac OS X bugfix to preserve compatibility with the Apple JDK has
already been reviewed on this list and approved by the Release Team. The
fix spanned several repos, both Open and Closed, and required a staged
integration. All other repos have already been pushed and these are the
final 2 repos to update. The changes affect directory names and bundle
names, and RE build and promotion scripts needed to be updated. These
changes are now in place and the final integration is ready for push...
as early as today with your approval.
