hg: jdk7u/jdk7u-dev/hotspot: 21 new changesets

Even though the bug mentioned in the change refers to a specific test
there are a number of other bugs that refer to other benchmarks where
we're also seeing potential and/or real regressions. These benchmarks
include, but are not limited to, SPECjvm2008. One of the problems is
that the results are not consistent - in many cases we're seeing
improvements, but in other cases regressions. All in all we'd like to
know more about what's causing this before we're comfortable enough to
turn tiered compilation on by default. I hope that makes sense.

Cheers,
Mikael
