I agree. When no links exist, we have to rely on having the right people
in the right place at the right time to make the necessary, missing
connections. So it seems that we're all in agreement of adapting the
request for approval process slightly to increase the chance of that
happening.
Rather then burying it in this thread, I'd like to ask Sean and Edvard
to propose a draft of changes for discussion in a new thread, and then
we can make the necessary adjustments after the changes have gone through
debate.
