[7u communication] 7u10 schedule now available

I've pushed a schedule for 7u10 to the OpenJDK 7u project website. It 
contains some of the key dates contributors should be aware of.

Note that the 7u10 stabilization forests are due to open in mid 
September and all planned bug fixes should be integrated before then.
