[7u12] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs24-b27

Requesting approval to integrate hs24-b27 into jdk7u12-b06.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk8 repository.

8003550: new hotspot build - hs24-b27
8004114: build environment change
8004170: G1: Verbose GC output is not getting flushed to log file using JDK 8
