[7u-dev] Request for approval - 8001808, 8001876, 7057320

I'm hoping to sync up the 7u10 repos with the 7u-dev repos very shortly. 
Main changes are just hgtags syncs. As part of the sync, some test fixes 
are also being brought forward. All fixes are ports from the jdk8 fixes.
