[7u4] Request for approval for CR 7047200: keytool safe store

Hi All

This is a request to backport a jdk8 fix into jdk7u4.

    7047200: keytool safe store

Description:

Some illegal keytool commands might corrupt a keystore, we should avoid 
this.

The fix is already included in jdk8 as:

reviewed by xuelei.

The patch for jdk7u4 is identical to the one in jdk8.

I intend to push it to
