[7u4] Request for approval for CR 6959636: ProblemList.txt updates (1/2012)

Hi,

This is a request to backport a JDK 8 change into JDK 7u4:

The fix has already been pushed to JDK 8:

The there are no code changes, just changes to the ProblemList.txt 
(tests to be excluded when running regression tests).
The changes for jdk7u4 are identical to the ones in jdk8, except there 
is an additional comment in the JDK8 change that is already in 7u-dev. 
So the change I am proposing will effectively make the 7u4 version of 
the file the same as the JDK8 version, with respect to this change.
