[7u4] Request for approval : 7058133 : Javah should use the freshly built classes instead of those from the BOOTDIR jdk

A fix for 7058133 was already integrated to JDK 8. Valerie is going to 
tweak it when she gets some cycles. I'll make sure a new CR is logged to 
track that before pushing JDK 7 changes.
