The change will be in JDK 8 with the next integration from HSX, where it presently resides:

This is a low-priority bug.  It was part of the 12/2011 warnings cleanup push.  I'm requesting approval to simplify batch integration of JSR 292 related changes from Hotspot Express.  (This is the only remaining JSR 292 bug unapproved for 7u4.)
