[7u4] Request for approval for CR 7126889: Incorrect SSLEngine debug output

This is a request to backport a JDK 8 fix into JDK 7u4.

The JSSE debug information is currently reporting one extra byte being 
written out, but is not actually doing that.  This is just a simple 
adjustment to correct that error.
