[7u6] request for approval (JAXP) : 7144423: StAX EventReader swallows the cause of error

Hi,

I would like to request for approval to push a patch to fix 7144423.  
The patch has been in jaxp standalone for a while. It was to make sure 
the cause of the error is properly reported.
