[7u6] Request for approval : 7142847, 7144086 - java/nio/file/ testcase fixes

Looking to push these testcase fixes from jdk8 to jdk7u6 in a bid to 
improve test coverage.

7142847: TEST_BUG: java/nio/file/WatchService/SensitivityModifier.java 
has incorrect @run tag, runs Basic
