[7u6] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs23.2-b07

Requesting approval to integrate hs23.2-b07 into jdk7u6-b16.
Note: hs23.2-b06 was not integrated into JDK7U-B15 so this
webrev contains the changes corresponding to hs23.2-b06 as well.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk8 repository.
