[7u6] Request for approval : 7162902 / 6893617 Umbrella port of a number of corba bug fixes from JDK 6 to jdk7u/8

Hi,

I'd like to push the corba changes into the 7u6 repo also. I pushed to 
jdk8 earlier.

The changesets have applied cleanly to the 7u codebase and it'll be good 
to have
