Hi all,

Could you please approve the fix of CR 7148143 for JDK7u6?

PropertyChangeSupport.addPropertyChangeListener can throw CCE

Earlier the fix was prepared, approved and pushed into JDK8:

The fix for JDK7u6 is the same and doesn't contain any changes.
It is a regression.
