[7u6] Request for approval for CR 7049339: AnyBlit is broken with non-rectangular clips

I'd like to include http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=7049339 in jdk7u6.
It's already in jdk8 and applies to 7 as is.  We've already included it in IcedTea 1.11 (OpenJDK6) and IcedTea 2.1 (OpenJDK7) without issue.
It was reviewed by Jim Graham (flar) for jdk8.
