Rationale for inclusion in 7u4: the fix resolves a noticeable visual 
artifact that manifests itself when minimizing top-level windows to the 
dock. The fix is rather trivial, and thus considered as LOW-risk. The 
fix has been verified with NetBeans and some manual JDK regression tests.
