[7u6] Request for approval for 7087428: move client tests out of jdk_misc

Hi All

This is a request to backport a jdk8 fix into jdk7u6 b01.

Description:

This code change moves GUI-related tests out of jdk_misc so that it  can 
safely run in a headless environment.

The fix is already included in jdk8 as:

The patch for jdk7u6 include two parts: main repo and jdk repo:
