Did this fix go into jdk7u4, or just jdk7u?

I see it in 7u workspace,

It's marked as fixed in 7u4, it has 7u4-critical-approved, but I don't 
see it in either the 7u4-dev or 7u4 workspace.

Am I missing something here, or did it get pushed into 7u by mistake?

I wouldn't consider this a showstopper, but the bug state needs to be 
updated.
