[7u4] .jar association broken on Windows

Thanks for reporting this. Henrik posted the following regarding this issue
on his blog:

"Update: After posting JRE 7 Update 4 on java.com we have received reports
of an installer issue that impacts some Windows configurations. We have
reverted back to JRE 6 while we wait for an analysis of this report to
complete. We expect to be able to switch back to 7u4 shortly."
