JDK 7u4 is now GA

We are working on uploading the source bundles. I don't have an ETA for 
when that work is finished though. I will of course let you know as soon 
as it's available!

In the meantime you can get the source from 
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk7u/jdk7u4
