[7u6] request for approval, 7166687: InetAddress.getLocalHost().getHostName() returns FQDN

Hi,

I'd like to request approval to push 7166687 into 7u6. Its a trivial change that fixes a regression caused by the MacOS work. It has already been pushed to jdk7u5&  jdk8 (and is identical to that change) but I'd like to get it into open repo as soon as possible:
