Hi Andrew,

Build # greater than b30 is to address Oracle customer issues and those 
builds are meant only for our customers.
Saying so, 7u4-b31 and up is to resolve customer issues and those fixes 
will be included into the future 7ux releases
depending upon the build schedule.
