CFV: New jdk7u Committer: Sean Chou

I hereby nominated Sean Chou to jdk7u Committer.

Sean has been author of a number of contributions to jdk7u [1] [2], and
has also been responsible for migrating a number of additional changes
to jdk7u (from jdk8) [3].

Votes are due by Monday, December 10, 2000, 1000 UTC [4].

Only current jdk7u Committers [5] are eligible to vote on this
nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this
mailing list.
