[7u12] Request for approval for 7175775 - Disable SA options in jinfo/Basic.java test until SA updated for new hash and String count/offset

Hi folks,

I'd like to get this fixed in jdk7 in anticipation of backporting 7173494.

Basically SA has been causing trouble in this tests for quite some time. 
A bug has been filed (8004007) so hopefully the root cause will be dealt 
with at some point.

This fix disables the use of SA in this test.
