[7u-dev] Request for approval: 8001124: jdk7u ProblemList.txt updates (10/2012)

I don't work in jdk7u-dev too often but today I had to build it and I'm 
seeing a lot of test failures. The test are failures are mostly because 
the exclude list (jdk/test/ProblemList.txt) is not being maintained in 
jdk7u and also because a lot of test fixes from jdk8 have not been 
back-ported. There's a market opportunity here for anyone willing to put 
effort into cleaning up the tests in jdk7u.

I'd like to update the ProblemList in jdk7u/jdk7u-dev to exclude several 
tests. There are bugs for each of these issues. Note that this is not a 
back-port from jdk8 as jdk8 has dozens of fixes that aren't in 
jdk7u-dev.  I've removed the test list in the jdk_awt and jdk_beans 
section of the file as they have not been touched in years (since Kelly 
originally set it up) -- this is consistent with what we did in jdk8 a 
long time ago as the folks in those areas to not use the exclude list.
