[7u] Request for approval for CR 8000955 - Hashtable.Entry.hashCode() no longer conforms to Map.Entry.hashCode()

Hi,
I'd like to request approval to push 8000955 into jdk7u:

It corrects a regression in conformance to the Java API that was
introduced by the change for "Alternative String hashing", 7126277.

The fix for jdk7u is similar to that in the jdk8 version. 
However, I have added an '@run' tag to the jtreg testcase, to enable the
alternative string hashing to be used by the test:

Mike Duigou suggested that I should bring this forward for pushing to
jdk7u ASAP after its introduction into jdk8 (due to the nature of the
problem it addresses).
