[7u10] Request for approval for 7160951: [macosx] ActionListener called twice for JMenuItem using ScreenMenuBar

Hi,
Requesting approval to commit the fix for 7160951 into 7u10. The fix is yet to be pushed into 8 (I don't have push rights yet), however, it has been successfully reviewed for inclusion into 8 . For 7u10, the fix has been reviewed by Anthony Petrov and Sergey Bylokhov.
