[7u-dev] Request for approval to backport 8003228: (props) sun.jnu.encoding should be set to UTF-8 [macosx], (plus follow-up test fixes 8005962 & 8006039)

Hi,

I would like to request backport of:

After 8003228 went into jdk8, two test bugs were subsequently filed and 
fixed:

http://bugs.sun.com/view_bug.do?bug_id=8006039

I would like to push all 3 at once to avoid introducing test failures.

The webrev against jdk7u-dev containing the 3 fixes is here:

An automated build+test cycle on supported platforms shows no new test 
failures.
