[7u-dev] Request for approval and review request for 8012572: Exclude sun/tools/jmap/Basic.sh for short term

The sun/tools/jmap/Basic.sh test is failing since recent bulk hsx 
integration into 7u-dev. http://bugs.sun.com/view_bug.do?bug_id=8012474 
was logged to track that issue.

in the meantime we should exclude sun/tools/jmap/Basic.sh until 8012474 
is resolved.

bug 8012572 was just logged so it's not live. Here's summary :

> hsx24-b40 seems to have introduced a regression in jmap area. It's 
> causing one testcase to lock up JPRT test systems. We need to exclude
