[7u communication] Schedule and release renumbering update

Thanks for the feedback on the proposal to use 7u40 as version of next 
release in this project. It's the best solution we have for now given 
the established 7u versioning system.

We should move ahead and start using 7u40 as reference to the "7u 
OpenJDK August Release". I hope to update the schedule page shortly with 
more timelines.
