[7u60] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs24.60-b04

Requesting approval to integrate hs24.60-b04 into jdk7u60-b02.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk8 repository.
They have all been approved for integration into 7u60.

7133122: SA throws sun.jvm.hotspot.debugger.UnmappedAddressException when it should not
8027579: new hotspot build - hs24.60-b04
8028412: AsyncGetCallTrace() is broken on x86 in JDK 7u40
8029599: JVM crashes on solaris-i586 with -Xverify:all if stack overflow happens during recursive reflective call
