[7u60] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs24.60-b05

Requesting approval to integrate hs24.60-b05 into jdk7u60-b03.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk8 repository.
All these bugs have been approved for integration into 7u60.

8028520: JVM should not throw VerifyError when a private method overrides a final method
