7u14 Request for approval for CR 8006691 - Remove jvm_version_info.is_kernel_jvm field

Zhengyu,
although similar, this seems to be independent of the change  done in 
the hotspot repo,
so, as suggested by Mandy in that other thread, a new bug is necessary
8006691 is a Hotspot bug, while the new one will be a core-lib one.
