[7u communication] Reordering of jdk7u release versions

Due to the JDK 7u15 release[1], we need to adjust update versions for
future jdk7u updates in the pipeline. No stabilization forests are open
at the moment so adjustment should be minimal for all.

The current fixes in the jdk7u forests will now be targeted to the next
7u release. The release schedule for current fixes should not be impacted.
Please continue to deliver fixes to jdk7u-dev.
