HotSpot Changes in 7u (8000780: make Zero build run with JDK8)

Andrew,

The patch needs to be redone for 7u. Current will not apply because it 
is affected by PermGen removal changes. Would be nice to change bug's 
Synopsis also since it will be not for jdk8.
