HotSpot Changes in 7u

Hi Volker,

That's planned for early march. The attached email from Sean includes
this schedule:

http://openjdk.java.net/projects/jdk7u/releases/7u12.html

As usual, the 7u-dev forest correspond to the latest active 7u release
currently 7u12. 7u-dev/hotspot is a snapshot of hs24, which is the hotspot
  for 7u12, hence the tags.

Cheers
Alejandro
