[7u-dev] Request for approval for CR 7109096,7183203

Hi All

This is a request to backport two jdk8 fixes into jdk7u-dev.

    7109096: keytool -genkeypair needn't call -selfcert
    7183203: ShortRSAKeynnn.sh tests intermittent failure default

The fixes are already included in jdk8 as:

The patch for 7109096 is identical to the one in jdk8. The patch for
