[7u14] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs24-b31

Requesting approval to integrate hs24-b31 into jdk7u14-b12.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk8 repository.

7152671: RFE: Windows decoder should add some std dirs to the symbol search path
8000780: make Zero build and run with JDK8
8002048: Protocol to discovery of manageable Java processes on a network
8003878: compiler/7196199 test failed on OS X since 8b54, jdk7u12b01
8005936: PrintNMTStatistics doesn't work for normal JVM exit
8006400: Add support for defining trace types in closed code
8006431: os::Bsd::initialize_system_info() sets _physical_memory too large
8006510: new hotspot build - hs24-b31
