Hi Sean, I'm fine for the backport. As suggested in the bug report, even this
is an "in-compatible" change by nature, but those code points/mappings have
been changed by the standard (gb) and the main vendor (ms) for so many
years, I don't think it's going to be an issue even we change it in 7u.
