[7u40] Request for approval for Phase 2 bulk integration of hs24-b52

Requesting approval to integrate hs24-b52 into jdk7u40-b33.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk8 repository.

7122222: GC log is limited to 2G for 32-bit
8017070: G1: assert(_card_counts[card_num] <= G1ConcRSHotCardLimit) failed
8017483: G1 tests fail with native OOME on Solaris x86 after HeapBaseMinAddress has been increased
8019298: new hotspot build - hs24-b52
