This issue has been fixed for jdk8. The fix for jdk7u40 is a straight
backport with no changes. The issue is in a jtreg test which will start
failing unconditionally once hs24b52 is integrated.

It is a straight backport with no additional effort required to
integrate. Not integrating will mean adding this test on the problem
list quite unnecessarily. The fix was reviewed by 3 peers - sjiang,
dholmes, mchung
