[7u40] Request for phase 2 approval for 8020038: [macosx] Incorrect usage of invokeLater() and likes in callbacks called via JNI from AppKit thread

This is a request to push the fix for 8020038 into 7u40. The fix has 
already been pushed into JDK 8.
