[7u40] Request for approval for JDK-8014821: Regression: Focus issues with Oracle WebCenter Capture applet

Hello,
This is a request to push the fix for 8014821 into the 7u40 repo. The 
fix has already been pushed into the JDK 8 repo  by Anton Tarasov, who 
is the author of the fix. Since he is on vacation atm, I'm handling the 
push into the 7u-40 on his behalf.
