Should 7u40 b31 be delayed by a day ?

I see that hotspot has integrated into 7u40 Master (jdk7u/jdk7u40).

Just to double-check, are we sure that all the repos in Master 
(jdk7u/jdk7u40) are fine (-gate and their read-only repos in sync)?
