[7u14] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs24-b34

Requesting approval to integrate hs24-b34 into jdk7u14-b15.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk8 repository.

8004867: VM crashing with assert "share/vm/opto/node.hpp:357 - assert(i < _max) failed: oob"
8005772: Stubs report compile id -1 in phase events
8006938: Change os::print_location to be more descriptive when a location is pointing into an object
