[7u14] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs24-b36

Requesting approval to integrate hs24-b36 into jdk7u14-b17.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk8 repository.

8003934: Fix generation of malformed options to Projectcreator
8007003: ParNew sends the heap summary too early
8009687: new hotspot build - hs24-b36
8009723: CMS logs "concurrent mode failure" twice when using (disabling) -XX:-UseCMSCompactAtFullCollection
